LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING GLENN LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Glenn Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following item at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, September 8, 2009, in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Courthouse, 526 West Sycamore Street, Willows, California. LAFCO #2009-01 Creekside Estates Reorganization (Annexation to the City of Orland) Located adjacent to the northeast border of the City of Orland, approximately 11.04 acres, described as “Creekside Estates”, west of the future extension of Stony Creek Drive, Orland, California. APN: 046-080-002 and 046-060-003 (A) REVIEW OF MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION (B) ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF ORLAND CREEKSIDE ESTATES REORGANIZATION.
